Tokyo, Japan - Team Pacific Corporation (TPC) showcased their True Two Leads TO-247, VPMP product line and other assembly capabilities at the SEMICON Japan 2014 last December 3 – 5, at the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center.
Team Pacific Corporation, a 100% Filipino-owned company having more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing innovative packaging solutions, has been joining various exhibition events across the world. It has always been a good opportunity for the company because conventions like this showcases a lot of exhibitors and visitors who focuses on the future of the semiconductor industry. Attendees include suppliers, manufacturers, and customers from around the world. This year’s exhibit covers beyond semiconductor manufacturing supply chain to the end products leading the microelectronics industry into the next decade.

“It has been a pleasure for us to participate in exhibits that showcase our product and process capabilities. This is our first time to join SEMICON Japan 2014. We have found some potential clients as well as potential suppliers. This will be of great help to us in the future. We have tried other exhibits in Japan and we’ll be assessing which one to join next”, Ms. Louie Meraña, VP for Marketing, commented.
Team Pacific Corporation discussed different products and assembly capabilities that they are offering. This includes the True Two Leads TO-247 (TO-247-2L), the Versatile Power Module Packages (VPMP), EXT SOT-227, as well as the eXp TO-247, a Team patented discrete package that offers efficient isolation.

TPC also invited various customers, and other business partners to visit its booth in order to discuss about the products, promotions, current and future projects, and other possible business opportunities with TPC.
