TEAM PACIFIC CORPORATION LAUNCHES NEW POWER MODULE PACKAGES, Open tool and ready for Mass Production, 10-JUN-2013 TAGUIG CITY, PHILIPPINES.
Team Pacific Corporation has announced in the recently concluded PCIM 2013, their new packaging capabilities. The launching was led by TPC’s VP-Marketing Ms. Luisa Meraña and SAVP- Engineering Mr. Jeffrey Jallorina. In an interview, Ms Meraña said, Our VPMP5 and VPMP6 power module packages are ready for mass production. It is an open tool and can be customized depending on the needs of our customers. We ensure Engineering qualification to mass production.
One of the key features of these power modules especially the VPMP5 is its flexibility in circuit configuration. The package is versatile and can cater diverse number of circuits. Depending on the preferred footprint, you can house different circuit configuration without changing the cover lid and the other piece parts. It has adapted industry’s standard on creepage distance assuring a 25A current per terminal capability.
Another key feature of these packages is their compact design and high power density. it can house a maximum current rating of 240 A and a maximum Voltage rating of 1200 V for VPMP5 and 300 ampere Maximum current and 1700 V maximum Voltage for VPMP6.
