5s -- The Practice of Good Housekeeping was re-launched by TCIP Committee sometime march 2005
with the objective of making the company a clutter-free environment and to build the basic foundation for a kaizen oriented employees.
In depth training was given to all employees to teach the learning and culture of 5s.
To date, approximately 670+ employees, including 17 managers have undergone this training and about 114 new and recently hired
employees are scheduled in the next months to come.
Currently we have seen big improvement in terms of a clutter-free and organized environment. Sustaining this program
is ensured through monthly 5s Day as well as 5s plant wide audit conducted by the twenty eight(28) 5s patrol members composed of employees
coming from different levels and areas of the organization.
