Update on the status of Emplyee Suggestion System (ESS)
Employee Suggestion System or ESS was the 2nd program re-launched by the TCIP Committee to be used as a vehicle in implementing the Elimination of Waste.
This program complements 5S, which aim to get fresh ideas from employees that may later on bring revenue, save
costs or improve the company's operation.
ESS has just been re-launched last July 18, 2006 and implementation immediately started a week after.
Currently, a plant wide general orientation on ESS is being conducted by the TCIP Specialist to educate all employees on
the system of this new program.
5s -- The Practice of Good Housekeeping was re-launched by TCIP Committee sometime march 2005
with the objective of making the company a clutter-free environment and to build the basic foundation for a kaizen oriented employees. | Click here.
