Relief for Japan's Earthquake and Tsunami Victims

SEIPI needs the help of members to raise funds to provide humanitarian relief for Japan's earthquake victims.
The unprecedented devastation following last Friday's 8.9 magnitude earthquake triggering a tsunami in the northern part of Japan requires an equally enprecedented response from the world community to support the on-going humanitarian relief effort for the victims.
SEIPI is working together with PEZA on a fund drive. The purpose of the fund is to collect and pool donations for the victims of this disaster. We have been advised by the Philippine Ambassador in Japan that any help, whether in cash or in kind (blankets, clothes, batteries, aside from other essentials) would be of great help.
To this end, SEIPI appeals to its members to make corporate donations. By way of info, SEIPI membership is comprised of 18% Japanese member-companies. SEIPI also hopes that the family members and relatives of our Japanese colleagues here have not been affected by the disaster and are out of danger.
