Employee Suggestion System, the second Total Continuous Improvement Program (TCIP) has grown bigger this year with 103% increase in the number of suggestions submitted as compared to second half of last year.
In July 2006, 11 working suggestions have been validated nine of which have already generated a total monthly savings of PhP335,103.00. Speaking of savings this is really huge.
As of June, 2007 we started giving gift checks worth ranging from Php100 to P1,100 instead of tokens to suggesters with minimum of 20 points. In July, there are also 10 qualified recipients were rewarded.
An annual awarding and recognition will take place during the company anniversary celebration in September 2007. The first batch of winners will be chosen this year based on the following criteria:
• The “IDEA-List” – having the most number of accepted suggestions in a year with a minimum of 10 suggestions.
• The “IDEA-Launcher” – having the most number of implemented suggestions in a year with a minimum of 5 implemented suggestions.
• The “IDEA-Bank” – suggestions with the highest impact in terms of savings or minimum revenue of Php100,000.00.
