Company Profile

Team Pacific Corporation is a 100% Filipino owned corporation specializing in the subcontract
assembly of semiconductor devices. The company started its operation as a subcontract
assembler of semiconductor products in 1987, after it acquired the facilities of Signetics Filipinas
Corporation and National Semiconductor Corporation in the Philippines.

TODAY, the company has expanded its operation to take the lead in the assembly and test of
POWER and HERMETIC Packages. Committed to provide its customers with excellent service,
Team had strengthened its Research and Development Group to be able to quickly respond to
customer needs for package design, development and prototyping.

With knowledge and technical skills acquired through training and actual experience with Motorola
(now ON Semiconductor), IXYS Corp. and Advanced Power Technology, our engineers are highly
knowledgeable in this field. Workable ideas and suggestions strictly adhere to basic design rules.
